We pride ourselves on our methodology and our attention to detail. Sometimes perfection is not possible. But why should you have to worry about that? Let us do that for you. As such, we offer the NFI Gold Medal Guarantee to put your mind at ease. How does it work? It's very simple:

1. We can often provide at least one to three candidates within the first 24 business hours. Actual results may vary depending on the complexity of your requirements.
2. We will perform additional screening of the candidates at the request of our client including drug tests, background checks, etc.
3. We guarantee Replacement Candidates for 90 days if our client is unhappy for any reason.
4. We have an 8-hour Guarantee for our Temporary Staff. If you are unsatisfied with a candidate who we screened and interviewed and selected... then the first day is free and we will send another person to you as quickly as the next day.
5. NFI is fully insured.
